During the holidays, our fraud department is working overtime to protect your money. If fraud is suspected, your card is blocked; and an agent will call to verify the transaction. Please answer the call. It will come from an 844, 877, or 833 area code. The questionable transaction has to be verified with the agent. If it is yours, they can reactivate the card immediately. If you don’t answer, they must keep the card blocked until the transaction is confirmed or denied.
